The User Dashboard is the area where all of your member data is held. Users are able to see any messages sent to them, the profiles that are on the system, the groups that they are a part of, what they have registered for, what they have purchased, what Dibs (volunteer) sessions they have claimed, the access that they have, and the account settings.
To access the Dashboard:
Step 1: Log In to your SportsEngine website.
Step 2: Click the profile drop-down menu
Step 3: Select Dashboard
To Leave the Dashboard: Select the Favicon to return to the homepage.
In the Messaging Tab you are able to view all messages, send messages to the groups you are a part of, delete messages, and set filters to only view certain organizations messages. These messages will also be sent to your email address, but this serves as another area to view organizations messages.
In the My Profile you can view each profile to upload a picture, delete that profile from sites, groups, link accounts, edit First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender, and set your Privacy Settings.
In Household, any account that is linked to your account will appear in the drop down list.
In the Groups Tab you can either remove yourself from a group or if you have permissions you can send a message to the group.
In the Registration Tab you are able to view the registrations you have registered for. By selecting the registration name you are able to see the answers to the questions you have provided. Some organizations will open up registration entries for registrants to be able to edit the answers. In this section you can also view the order.
In the Purchased Items Tab you are able to see the items that have been purchased during registration, the ability to pay payment plan early, and the ability to update credit card information.
In the Dibs Tab you can view the Dibs (Volunteer) active sessions, claimed sessions, and completed sessions. See more information on Claiming a Dibs Item.
In the My Access Tab you can see the areas you have access to on SportsEngine. If you need access to a page or tab from a Webmaster send them this information.
In the Account Settings Tab you are able to change your name, password, add an email address, mobile phone, and unsubscribe from organizations if you don't want to stop receiving emails.
